The company was founded by three visionary entrepreneurs, Sandu Băbășan, Sergiu Băbășan and Vlad Stănescu.
Sandu is a prolific entrepreneur, having founded his first business right out of university; he currently sits on the board of 3 companies and serves as the CEO of Zento.
Sandu holds an Associate’s Degree from the West University of Timișoara.
Sergiu is an experienced businessman and currently holds the position of Chief Sales Office of Zento.
Vlad is a serial entrepreneur, savvy software architect and experienced full stack software developer; he’s also the CEO of two other companies and serves as CTO of Zento.
The extended Zento team is comprised of highly experienced individuals that share a passion for eCommerce and an extensive knowledge of how online shopping works;
There are two main “tribes” in Zento — the technical tribe that deals with the development of the product, infrastructure and proactive monitoring and the digital tribe, that deals with store design, implementation and maintaining the relation with our clients — and they liaise with each other in a unique and very efficient way.
In fact, that is our “secret sauce” — the seamless collaboration of our people: we do our best to empower everyone at Zento to the best work of their lives and we always make sure that we’re on the right track to do so.
